it has been decided that we shall meet every sunday at 8am slt on the floating tennis court on book club island #4 in second life.
if you do not have a sl account and don’t want one but are eager to spend the bulk of 2026 immersed in the metaverse, sorry, i mean of course INFINITE JEST, no problemo: we will stream the meetings live, you can chime in via the chat, i will incorporate that into the in-world discussion and create a playlist to be linked here in the future.

reminder: i suggest 5 pages per day to an average of 25/30 per week and/or 100 per month. that will of course vary depending on sections that make sense so we don’t just stop in the middle of an important narrative flow. (if you don’t have the book and get it right now = free ebook is right here!)

just like with progressive classroom concepts where kids with different abilities are integrated by a loving teacher (aka me!), you - the advanced reader - can assist and help and inspire and gently clear up questions/issues/etc WITHOUT SPOILING THE PLOT (of course!).
